Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days within Australian capital cities and major regional centres.
All products listed are subject to availability. By placing an online order with us you make an offer to purchase a particular product for the price (including the shipping charges) specified on this website at the time you place your order.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any offer for any reason, including, but not limited to, an error or omission in the price or the product description, or an error in your order.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange, an agreeable alternative item, a backorder (if available) or a full refund.

We deliver within Australia only. We endeavour to dispatch your in-stock order within 1-7 business days of receiving payment for delivery.
We do not guarantee or warrant that you will receive your order by a particular date. Unfortunately we have no control over delivery time once your item has been dispatched.
Our main method of delivery within Australia is by Registered Post, however we offer the option of regular Australia Post delivery and Express Post. Please note that while Express Post delivery may be quicker, depending upon your location, we cannot always guarantee next day delivery.
Delivery costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact delivery costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout and your order finalised.
We offer free delivery on orders over $250 within Australia. This promotion is applicable on all items and may be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts. This is limited to standard delivery charges within Australia. This offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
We accept international orders however such orders must be arranged by email and not through our website. Please contact us to discuss price, delivery and your order generally.
All product prices on our website is in Australian Dollars (‘AUD’) and includes GST (Goods and services tax ) of 10% GST. All pricing on this site is subject to change without notice at the discretion of COCO & HARPER.
Delivery is charged in addition to the price of the product.
Without limiting any requirement to comply with Australian Trade Practices and Consumer Law as in place at the time of your order, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Please choose carefully. Where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised you can choose between a refund, credit or exchange if available.
If you need to return an item for a refund, exchange or credit, you will need to firstly contact us by phone or email to notify us of your intention. Your item must be in same condition as you received it with all tags and packaging intact. You will be refunded via the same method in which you paid, minus the original shipping costs. Postage for refunded items is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds must be made within 14 days of item being dispatched from our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are being returned, that are lost or damaged in the post. Only goods received by us can be exchanged, or credited.
Any returns are to be made by prepaid post to our postal address as appears in the contact us section of this website.
We take great care in packaging your goods safely. We are unable to take responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit. Complaints regarding damaged goods should be forwarded directly to Australia Post.
Orders are taken as final once payment is received by us. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been posted or shipped.
